Here are some tips to make your trip more pleasant.

1. Reconfirm your reservations at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm could result in cancellation of your reservation. Check in at least 1 hour prior to a domestic flight and 2 hours for international flights.

2. MANILA PASSENGERS:

    a. Baggage allowance – 2 pcs. per passenger (except infants).

    b. Weight restriction – 70 lbs. per piece for international flights only.

    If you are connecting using a domestic carrier,weight limit is 50 lbs. per piece.

    Exception: Northwest Airlines to Manila still allows 70 lbs.

    c. Total dimension must not exceed 62” per piece (L + W + H)

    d. Excess baggage fee varies per airline ($120-200 per piece)

    e. 1 (one) carry-on piece is allowed per passenger and must fit on overhead          rack or under seat. Maximum dimension is 22” x 14” x 9”. Maximum weight          of carry-on item is 15-40 lbs. depending on airline.

3. DOCUMENTS: (It is your responsibility to secure all required documents prior to departure.)

    a. Passport – required for all travelers. As a general rule, your passport must         not expire within six months from your return date. Check the expiration             date before you depart and renew our passport if your passport is                     expiring within 6 months from your return date.

    b. Visa – U.S. citizens are required to get a visa if staying more than 21 days.

        Exception: Former Filipino citizens and family members traveling with             them can stay up to one year without a visa.
